Clive to speak on happiness and sustainability at OfficeNext 13

Clive will present his views on the World Green Building Council’s new report and add his recommendations for end user requirements.

Clive’s angle as a branding specialist is how to create clear added value in terms of an organisation’s reputation and image by creating office environments that become first-choices for users and tenant companies.

The event takes place May 14 – 16 at the ARTPLAY Centre for Design in Moscow.

Kaleidoscope mall wins Commercial Real Estate award 

We’re delighted to announce that our work for Kaleidoscope has led to it being voted Moscow’s Best Mixed-Use Development in the Commercial Real Estate awards 2013.

Kaleidoscope opened in December 2012 and current footfall averages 26000 on weekdays and 40000 on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Kaleidoscope demonstrates latest treatments in creating exciting lighting and digital effects. We were responsible for advising on building layouts and planning provided by the client’s inhouse architects. We then advised on the overall design and detailing of the exteriors. Internally, we consulted on final circulation layouts, escalator locations and formations, interior finishes, lighting, treatments to columns, bulkheads, atriums, ceilings, flooring and balustrade details and fittings. 

The scheme has an external area where we provided concepts for landscaping, lighting, signage elements, finishes and furniture, together with a digital pylon feature.  

We would like to congratulate our project team and partners who delivered such a successful concept.

Industry Awards for HSBC Global Workplace Concept

We’re delighted to announce that our work for HSBC has received two awards at an evening dinner event in London last night. The successful categories were Best Brand Guidelines and Best Implementation of a Rebrand Across Multiple Markets in the 2013 Transform Awards.

We have appointed Catherine Shen as our China Chief Representative. Currently working in our London office, she will return to China in September and we look forward to developing market opportunities together.

One of our recent projects, Integral Business Centre, was opened in May and provides more than 30,000 sq.m. of office space in the South-East area of Moscow. SCG London developed the brand identity and environment concept.

SCG London creates major destination brand in Moscow.

Galactica Park announced in Moscow.

This unique multi-faceted, 22 hectare development located in the South District of Moscow called Galactica Park, will include Russia’s first destination-based theme park complex, a world-class sports and entertainment arena, hotels, mixed-use retail and a business center. The launch of Galactica Park was announced at a press conference in Moscow on 12th April 2012.

Moskommertsbank took 2 awards, “Best Branch Zoning & Layout” and “Best Website” at the event organised by business and finance publication, “Kompania“ and MAGAZAN.ru, the online real estate database.
