Pioneering success 

36.6 is the leading health, beauty and pharmaceutical retailer in Russia, with 997 stores in 90 cities and 29 regions. The company has over 7,500 employees.

In 1998 we created a pioneering concept– a unique Russian retail brand for health, beauty and pharmacy products, with an open plan store format creating an informative, high quality and pleasurable shopping experience for customers.

36.6 centigrade is the ideal body temperature for adults and children. This distinctive, memorable name reflects the product focus of the retail offer and the ethos of the company – helping people to live long, healthy lives.

We were involved in creating every aspect of the brand – name, identity, marketing communications, packaging elements and total retail design concept. This encompassed exteriors, interiors, planning, merchandising, promotions, signage and point of sale.

From the first prototype store in Moscow, 36.6 has grown rapidly to achieve strong leadership status with number one brand recognition nationwide.

Following on from the initial concept, we have been involved in a number of furtherdevelopment projects such as brand communication, departmental development and product and services development.

The aim is to keep building and developing the brand profile to provide the framework for a next generation of communication through signage, ambient graphics, point of sale, ticketing, display fixtures and fittings.
