A destination concept for the Syrian building industry

New building design centre in Damascus for East Med Investments, a private investment holding company, and Fouad Takla Company, the largest privately owned construction firm in the Syrian Arab Republic.

We have been responsible for the total conceptual development of this new centre. Our work has encompassed strategy through to brand and full architectural concept, including the development of corporate identity and design guidelines for the exterior and interior of the building.

Throughout this fast track project, we have drawn on our previous Middle East experience in the UAE and Lebanon and extensive real estate activities in Russia.

The result has been the creation of a first choice destination appealing both to building industry professionals and to their customers and providing the very latest in building materials, advice and solutions. The building complex, which has been designed to anticipate flexible future uses, is arranged over 4 floors with an atrium and galleries. It includes showrooms, offices, meeting rooms, shops and cafes.

The Buna Design Centre is a contemporary Arabic brand and building venue, which aims to become an iconic architectural landmark.
