56,000m² shopping centre development for Corporation A.N.D.,
one of the top 20 Russian developers.
In 2005, our brief was to develop a brand identity, marketing communication visuals and enhanced interior and exterior concept for a new shopping centre.
With the footprint and architecture already in construction, our strategy was to create a very different environment from any competitor. We originated a concept inspired by ideas of celebration and named it Festival. The overall identity is a colourful, unique visual language
that ranges across banners, signage, marketing, promotions, lighting, circulation and
architectural treatments.
Our comprehensive design work included shopping fronts and mall environments. In order to ensure consistency of the brand concept and synergy with the centre’s architecture and commercial strategy, we also provided implementation consultancy. This helped facilitate translation of the creative concept from ideas to reality.
Attracting 40,000 visitors a day, Festival proved to be an outstanding success and was named best large shopping centre at the Moscow Real Estate Awards. It includes high profile international tenants as well as leading local operations.
Recently Corporation A.N.D. asked us to further develop and refresh the centre marketing, internal and external environments, furniture and fittings, together with a new food-court refurbishment and redesign.
