A new concept for mass market banking

Privately owned, My Bank, was established to provide high-quality banking services to a wide range of individual and corporate clients in Russia.

We developed a brand identity to reflect the new name and mass market proposition. The brand colour palette of the blue and yellow emphasises professionalism and service. The smiley face icon is integrated into the typography in a fresh and memorable way projecting an image of friendliness, and personal warmth. It is a versatile branding device that can be applied simply and effectively across a wide of different channels – both physical and digital.

The new retail branch concept is all about accessibility and convenience. It makes it easy for
the customers – to enter, undertake transactions, to consult with service advisors and find out about products.

My Bank now has 120 branches in Moscow together with further regional branches in Russia.
