Sportmaster

An imaginative themed concept

Sportmaster is a chain of 160 stores retailing sports and leisure products, clothing and footwear. It is the largest network of sports shops in Eastern Europe.

The client required a low cost, versatile way to update the interior environment and refresh the look of the stores. We developed an imaginative themed concept that enhances the brand and encompasses all aspects of instore graphics including window display, column and perimeter treatments, point of sale, wayfinding and category signage.

The graphics scheme evokes the atmosphere and excitement of sports and recreational activities in the stores. Silhouette icons and photography help to guide people around the retail environment (the average store size is 1,000m sq). They also create a distinctive character for each departmental area.

The concept has been successfully rolled out across a variety of store locations and forms an important part of the new store opening programme.
